Arizona Interprofessional Telegeriatrics (AZIT) Program | Interprofessional grand rounds | Collaboration with the Arizona Interprofessional Telegeriatrics (AZIT) Program, which engages in monthly interprofessional grand rounds through a statewide teleconferencing connection between Arizona’s geriatric health education professional programs, the State Agency on Aging, and Area Agencies on Aging. |
